Resell Rights Seller Disclosure

Introduction

This website, aka "Graphics Gold Club" provides products that may come with what is known as "Resell Rights". By accessing this website and purchasing any of the products offered, you agree to examine, read and adhere to the rights provided by each product you intend to sell.

These "Resell Rights" May consist of three main categories.

Basic Resell Rights

Basic Resell Rights means you have the right to sell the product to end users, and keep 100% of the sale. You are not required to pay any royalties for sales of a product with Basic Resell Rights.

The end user to whom you sell the product, however, does not have the right to sell the product as you have.

If the product you purchase states that it comes with "Resell Rights", the rights provided are assumed to be Basic Resell Rights.

Master Resell Rights

Master Resell Rights provide the same rights as Basic Resell Rights. You have the right to sell the product to end users, and keep 100% of the sale. You are not required to pay any royalties for sales of a product with Master Resell Rights.

In addition, Master Resell Rights generally allows you to "pass on" or sell, the Basic Resell Rights, to your end users. This gives those whom you sell a product with Master Resell Rights the rights to sell the product also. Master Resell Rights may also contain other rights not mentioned here.

You only have Master Resell RIghts if the rights state "Master Resell Rights".

Private Label Rights

Private Label Rights contain all the rights of Basic and Master Resell Rights.

In addition, Private Label Rights may assign to you the right to personalize the product, make changes to the product or sign your name to the product as it's author.

You will need to carefully read the license associated with Private Label Rights to determine your actual rights with the product, as Private Label Rights may vary in it's license terms from product to product.
